Our nursing service is dedicated to provide personalized care to participants in the comfort of their own homes. Designed for individuals who require higher levels of daily assistance, our services are delivered by qualified nurses with extensive experience.
The services we offer may include, but are not limited to:
- Enteral Feeding Management (NG tube/PEG): Assistance with feeding tubes and nutrition plans.
- Severe Dysphagia Management: Management of clients with swallowing difficulties
- Complex Bowel Care including stoma care: We have a specialised team that offers care and guidance for patients with complex bowel issues, including support for colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy before and after surgery.
- Tracheostomy Management: Care for patients with tracheostomies, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Urinary Catheter Management: Maintenance and support for urinary catheters.
- Complex Wound Management: Expert care for wounds that require specialized attention.
- Medications Management: Oversight and administration of medications as prescribed.
- Administration of Subcutaneous injection: Provide assistance to administer subcutaneous injections
- Diabetes Management: Support and education for effective diabetes management.
- Seizure and Epilepsy Management: Look after clients with seizure/ epilepsy
