Service Description
We recognize that support needs differ for each individual with disabilities, and the key to achieving the best outcomes is providing you with choice and control over your in-home support. Our services allow you to remain in your own home while receiving assistance with daily tasks. A member of our skilled disability services team, experienced in NDIS activities, will visit your home for a set number of hours each week, customized to your specific needs.
Light for Life provides personalized in-home care and support, either in your family home or in other community-based disability accommodations, tailored to your unique needs and goals. We focus on ensuring that you receive the right support to live the life you choose. Independence and autonomy are prioritized wherever possible, helping clients gradually transition to managing these tasks on their own.
Our support services include:
- Personal hygiene assistance (showering, bathing, oral care, dressing, and grooming)
- Toileting support
- Help with eating and drinking
- General cleaning
- Cooking nutritious meals
- Assistance with medications
- Use of aids, appliances, and communication devices
- Mobility and transfer assistance
