Service Description
Supported Employment focuses on helping individuals develop their skills and confidence in a job they enjoy. We provide this support through our Social Enterprise work sites. While each site may offer different experiences, one thing remains constant: we ensure that everyone feels safe, supported, and valued in their work environment.
By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to gain new skills, be part of a team, and earn an income that enables you to pursue activities you love. If you’re 16 years or older, you can work in a commercial setting with guidance and mentorship from Employment Coaches and Production Team Leaders.

Supported Employment is funded through the NDIS, paving the way for you to begin working in a supportive environment. It provides you with the chance to enhance your skills in a safe space before transitioning to independent or mainstream employment opportunities.
